You can order autographed copies for $21. They can be inscribed to you (or a friend) with any personal message you specify.

PLEASE NOTE: Postage is $5  for shipping by US mail within the continental United States. Additional postage for Canada is $5. Additional postage for Australia is $15.

If you live elsewhere (or would rather pay more to have it shipped faster), please send an e-mail and we will e-mail back what the additional cost will be.

If you want your book shipped to Virginia, please send a check to the address below for $28.35 ($1.35 is sales tax).

Ways To Pay

Checks or money orders are appreciated. It saves on Paypal and credit company fees, but if you’d like to pay online, Paypal is the safest way to order. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service as it gives you options to pay by credit card.
